Most people speak first and ask second. Few do the opposite. This course teaches the Ask, Listen, Learn principle: how to use questions as your primary tool for understanding rooms, people, and opportunities, and how to listen for the answers behind the answers. Drawing on stories of operators whose curiosity became their competitive advantage, you'll learn how to ask the question that opens the room, how to listen for what isn't being said, and how to convert what you've heard into action others couldn't see was possible.
